If you want to stay motivated all the time then always keep your goals in your mind. For example, if you want to be an anchor and you are doing some other kinds of stuff like writing an article or you are following a writer instead of an anchor then its obvious that you feel demotivated because you are not on the right way. On the other side if you keep in mind that I want to be an anchor and you do things right then it will automatically motivate you that yeah I am going on the right way and One day I will become an Anchor.
2. Stay Away From Distractions :
Distractions are the major cause of demotivation. whenever we feel a little bit down, we started watching movies or videos or some other stuff. From that one distraction, we meet many more distractions and we totally distract from our goal .so try to stay away from those distractions and Stay focused on your Goals.
3. Manage Your Time Effectively:
Time management is necessary to achieve your goals. If we make a list of our whole day then we will realize that there are very productive few hours and most of the time we wasted in the day. So you have to increase those productive hours and decrease those unproductive hours from your day. It will automatically increase your productivity and motivates you to do your best.
4. Be Consistent :
Consistency is the key to success. your goal can be anything, it may be to become a successful businessman or to maintain your health by doing yoga or exercise but if you are consistently moving towards your goal then guaranteed you will achieve your goals.Being consistent is what is the difference between failure and success. If you cannot keep a consistent level of pushing towards the goal, you will likely fall back to your old habits, and simply give up. Be consistent with your goals.

Sometimes, to stay motivated, we need to just change our location. We’re all creatures of habit, but picking up and going to a place where we can be more productive is helpful at times. When J.K. Rowling was writing the first Harry Potter book, she would sneak away to coffee shops while her daughter napped. It took her 6 years to finish that first book, but she couldn’t do the bulk of the work at home. She needed a place to escape to where she could focus and concentrate. Find a productive place you can go nearby. It can be a coffee shop, a restaurant, a public park, or any other place that will help foster your creativity, eliminate some distractions, and motivate you to get your work done.

Reasons, why you want to achieve something, can be a powerful motivator. If you didn’t set reasons for why you wanted to achieve your goals, then now is the time to revisit those goals Because Goals lose their meaning when the reasons we want to achieve them are no longer important to us.
